Self-Care Routine for Busy Women in Amsterdam

I may be new opening Tini Jane Studio, but I already know how important it is to take care of yourself. Here’s a simple self-care routine I try to follow that’s realistic for busy women like me — and maybe for you too!
1. Move Your Body
Exercise is a big part of my routine:
Strength training 3–4x/week
Badminton 2x/week It keeps energy levels up and helps relieve tension after work.
2. Relax & Recharge
Twice a month, I treat myself to a spa, sauna and massage. I find it rejuvenating. Yoga is another great option, especially as the colder months arrive.
3. Enjoy Quality Time
I live with my beloved husband, and we enjoy dining out together. I also like spending time with friends or even having a quiet dinner alone, little moments that recharge me.
4. Include a Bit of Studio Fun
Even while doing self-care, I keep learning for Tini Jane Studio: practicing nails, experimenting with massage oils, and trying small improvements in the studio space. Self-care and work can go hand-in-hand.
